Many citizens struggle between relying on the government and relying on themselves. Light Be aims to provide an integrated mechanism that encourages them to rely more on themselves. Whether or not they are waiting for public housing, they should actively pursue upward mobility!

向上流動租約
Upward Mobility Tenancy

短貧戶大都缺乏脫貧或向上流動的經驗。除了提供可負擔的居所，要有光也像一位教練，給每位受惠住戶個性化的方向和督導，協助他們力爭上流。這是向上流動租約與一般租約的主要分別。


Most short-term impoverished households lack experience in escaping poverty or moving upward. Besides providing affordable housing, Light Be also acts as a coach, offering personalized orientation and guidance to help beneficiaries achieve upward mobility. This is the main difference between Upward Mobility Tenancy and ordinary tenancy.

Light Home, Light Housing and Youth Light Home

要有光的房屋來源分為兩大類：善用現成的住宅單位，以及活化現成的建築物。這些單位的地區及大小多元，且不少位於交通便利的位置。受惠對象主要是青年及家有兒童的住戶。


The sources of housing for Light Be can be divided into two main categories: optimization of existing residential units and revitalization of existing buildings. These units vary in location and size, and many are situated in areas with convenient transportation. The beneficiaries are primarily youth and families with children.
